Are You Eligible?

The grant is open to all Malaysian SMEs that meet a few key criteria. Check if your business qualifies to take the first step towards digital transformation.

SSM Registered

Your business must be officially registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).

📈

Sales > RM50,000

Your company must have an annual sales turnover of at least RM50,000.

🗓️

Operating > 6 Months

Your business must have been in operation for a minimum of six months.

Malaysian Owned

At least 60% of the company's shareholding must be held by Malaysians.

How It Works: The Grant Flow

The application process is straightforward, involving three key parties: you (the SME), GoFluence (your digital partner), and Funding Societies/BSN (the grant administrators). Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of the journey.

Step 1-2: Initiation & Application (SME)

GoFluence provides a quotation for your chosen digital services. You then begin the grant application on the Funding Societies portal, uploading all the necessary documents.

Step 3-4: Review & Approval (Administrator & SME)

Funding Societies/BSN reviews your application. Upon approval, you receive an email with a payment link to pay your 50% share of the invoice within 14 days.

Step 5-6: Disbursement & Service Kick-off (GoFluence)

Once you've paid, Funding Societies transfers the 50% grant amount to us within 3 working days. We receive the funds and immediately begin delivering your digital marketing services.

Step 7-8: Completion & Final Claim (GoFluence & Administrator)

After completing the project, we submit a final claim with proof of completion. BSN reviews it and disburses the final 50% payment to us, successfully concluding the grant process.

Understanding the Funding

The grant works on a 50/50 matching basis. You pay half, and the government funds the other half, up to a maximum of RM5,000. This structure makes premium digital services highly accessible.

Funding Contribution Split

This chart illustrates the simple 50/50 cost-sharing model. Your investment is matched equally by the grant, doubling the value you receive.

Example: RM10,000 Package

For a comprehensive RM10,000 digital package, you pay only RM5,000. The grant covers the remaining RM5,000, allowing you to access top-tier services at half the price.
